I don't think so. Let's see what Ballroom and the others Beatles folk have to say. Whose hand is that to the right?

Hi Eric, thanks for the response. The photograph also appears to be signed by Ringo in bad contrast. I've attached an image of the full photo. I'm assuming the dedication would have been done by Ringo if genuine?

I thought it was perhaps Ringo but I did not see his sig. Maybe I did not look enough. I am wondering about the John. I guess its good.

I think it's a real signature, but with an atypical style. If we look at John's stamped or pre-printed signatures, we can see a strong similarity in his "J" and "N"s.

No red flags on this one. Nice 63 signatures. Pity they were not all on the front though. I would treat it as a John signed photo if I owned it.
