I’m not great at this era, but I like it.

It's a typical WFIL auto.

meaning you like it Rickmaster

Does that look like 50-year-old ink? I see no ageing whatsoever.

Something to keep in mind is that even if an autograph looks good, it could be a copy placed on the item.

I wouldnt trust anything from that time, Im sure he signed a lot but there are also a lot of forgeries.

for transparency roger Epperson issued a full Coa letter with this piece but wanted more guidance on it

Epperson COA would have been enough validation in my mind. Amazingly clean signature.

49 years old...(May 1975)...looks awful clean...or is it just me? Too many "vintage" autographs on the market as of late that look like they were signed last week...

I agree, Jim. There are ink transfer methods out there that are undoubtedly being used, but people don't seem to be considering them.

It hammered for $2,100+BP at Gotta Have R&R on Aug. 24.

Portions of it look a bit carefully drawn and unnatural, and the $2,625 (with the buyer’s premium) price seems pretty cheap. The LP would be a good item to use for a forgery, as it isn’t rare and copies were available at the event.
