John Lennon, Real or SC fake?

This is my first posting. I wanted to get opinions on three signature. Other two (Rat Pack and Rolling Stones) to follow shortly. This particular one is John Lennon.

Unfortunately, it looks like an SC fake to me.

Agree. The "With love" business is nearly always a forgery flag - as this one is. Traced or simply mimicked, it's an idealized signature designed for fooling (and looting) the unsuspecting.
