I've had some occasional luck finding these vintage signed German postcards over the years. 

Any thoughts on the look of this John Wayne as authentic or not would be most appreciated.  Thanks!

Hello. Most signatures on German UFA cards are secretarial. And I think this is secretarial as well.

Yes. Most of them are from the "Filmstar-Sekretariat Hans Dangers" in Berlin. But nevertheless, they usually signed Wayne with the wrong "o" and with the dedication "Good luck" (as he used to do) in red ink. This one has some things that do look good (especially the "o" and the sloping "ne", which the Filmstar-Sekretariat both never got right). But the dedication is not swung enough for his handwriting, looks rather feminine.

I would stay off.

Were these sent through the mail with personal dedications usually?
