John Wayne stamped signature

Hello, new member. Can anyone tell me if John Wayne ever used a rubber stamp? I have a vintage (in pencil on the back 10-2-41) 8x10 B&W photo from Shepherd Of The Hills that is "signed" at the bottom Good Luck, John Wayne. Can't tell if it's fountain pen or rubber stamp. Thank you, Mike
