I just received an email from a different booklist saying we have received full payment for your order, and it has indeed been charged to my card, and on this email it has as the description of the items ordered, “how to be invisible-S”.  I’m obviously hoping the “S denotes signed.  I’ll probably email them before they ship to clarify.  Fingers crossed anyway…

I received the same email and asked  if they could fulfil the order of a signed copy.The answer was no and there were no more copies available,Order cancelled.Hope you get a different outcome

Yup!  Ended up getting emailed by them soon after saying no signed copies are available from their supplier, and do I want a refund, or do I want to purchase unsigned copies instead.  It was expected, but when I got the email saying my payment had been taken I did get my hopes up a bit.  Oh well….

Anybody else had a refund from Blue Heron Books on the 'Signed ' Kate Bush pre order? 

I've had no communication whatsoever but noticed a refund pending on my Paypal account from them from  03rd April and i'll get the refund on 11th April? LOL 

As somebody rightly said a few minutes ago re- Iggy Pop order  - these vendors certainly are Trash

Got my cancellation from WordsWorth yesterday. Same “none were ever available/publisher error excuse.”

you're lucky you have a refund pending because I have seen nothing, but they did write me and say they were working on getting all the PP payments done by the end of the week, it's amazing how clueless they seem to be on how to do refunds and said they have been in contact with PP trying to figure it out.

Has anyone had their refund from blue hereon books yet ? Mine is showing as refunded on 03 May but my balance is still the same ? Presume this takes a while ?

I ordered from Blue Heron - I also had a (sort of) refund on the 03rd April - It will be in your pending balance and is due to be released on 11th April but will probably be a few more days in Paypals account before going back into ours!
