Kobe Bryant signed 8x10 with NBA Holo Sticker - authentic?
Hi together! Must have been around 1999 when I bought this 8x10 photo signed by Kobe Bryant in a card collecting shop in Berlin, Germany. Is this authentic in your opinion? My thoughts:
Contra - the COA looks poor and the company "P.C. Sports" does not exist anymore.
Pro - the photograph has a NBA Holo Sticker on it with a "serial number" and a stamp on the backside "licensed by NBA".
I was about 15 when I bought it. I also own a Kevin Garnett photograph with the same COA, NBA Sticker and stamp. Does anyone know sth about PC Sports?

I have a Ken Griffey Jr signed ball with a COA from P.C. sports and it is a documented forgery. I would bet their whole biz was based on fakes and they fell with the Operation Bullpen cases. Also looks nothing like a Kobe sig.

And where is that forgery documented? Any source in the internet?
Let me show you my "holy grail" of "P.c. Sports. This one without NBA sticker and without NBA stamp. Signed 8x10 by Michael Jordan/Dennis Rodman/Scottie Pippen. What do you say about this one?
I wonder if the Kobe one was officially licensed or if they copied the NBA stickers.

The photos are licensed and can be purchased; however, the signatures are not part of the license and forgers buy up the licensed photos and add fake signatures.
The Jordan, Pippen, and Rodman item is a really bad forgery and not even close IMO. Hopefully, you did not pay too much for wither that or the Kobe
