Sorry if this one has been discussed before. Signed by McCartney and Lennon with Lennon signing the inscription as well as the Ringo and Harrison. Authenticated by Roger Epperson but just wanted more thoughts on it. Thanks!

Definitely looks like Paul and John to me.

Here is some information on it from 2020.

Obtained by the 1960s showbiz journalist Donald Zec - covering one of their tours in 1964 as they were breaking into the stratospheric big time!

John has signed for himself AND Ringo

and Paul has signed for himself AND George Harrison

I actually think Paul did the dedication.
