It is not fluid IMO - rather slow and a tiny bit shaky. Especially the "J", the eye on our left and the "O" in "Ono". I may well be wrong but the sketch looks backward in construction. Ballroom?

I agree. In addition to starting out at the notorious Coach’s Corner, it generally looks slowly drawn and misshapen.
