I'm immediately apprehensive because it's on an index card, one that looks like it could have been signed yesterday, but as Keithspoon said, this is an early to mid-1970s example and some index cards were signed during Lennon's 1975 WFIL appearance.

They have a spontaneity that I don't see in this one, especially the "John" portion.
