Forgive my ignorance, but just came across this item in an online auction from what IMO is a less-than-reputable company and...well, I just had to ask: Is this a genuine JSA LOA? And if it is a genuine JSA LOA, how does one determine that it's for the ball in question? Hologram? And if there IS a hologram, where's the corresponding information in the LOA? Am I missing something? Also, I'd love to hear opinions on the signature itself...
Thank you,

It's an auction LOA, they're quite possibly the dumbest things in existence and JSA discontinued the practice. There is no way to tie the LOA to any actual item, so they are often used to peddle forgeries.
Thank you, Mike! I appreciate your help.
Thank you, Steve. Great insight, and proof that there's no substitute for experience. Just for the record, I wouldn't buy this ball if it were offered for $10 -- but I was very curious about its presentation (with the COA). Now I know. Love this forum! Thank you, again!
