CD just received,
just signed by the two as mentioned, insert was separate, but it and the sealed CD were both inside an outer clear sleeve, so not bad overall (...for a "ghost band")

Mine also only had one signature so I wrote to Talkshop. I’ll see if they respond. Rickey did not sign mine.

Contacted TSL and they had the distributor send me a replacement signed insert. Pretty cool they took care of this as my original insert was only signed by Johnny Van Zant.
