It's been years since I've considered going into Beatles collecting again. My old man had a few pieces my older brother ended up with. It's been 15+ years since I've spoken with him. I have no idea if he's sold them or held on to them. I'm curious as to what those of you with Macca buying experience consider to be a fair price for Paul alone. What would you say for an item like this? Just on paper. I'm sure an album would be worth more. Just trying to see what the basics start at. I hate jumping into collecting and not knowing if I'm over paying.

I personally feel a cut signature, while authenticated by PSA like the one you posted, is probably worth around the $600-$650 mark. That may be a bit much as well but his signature does seem to still be going up in value.

A cut signature may be fine for displaying a photo, but lacks imagination on its own (no life on its own) that is just my opinion of course.

Now that being said, most of these PSA cuts are around the $1,000 price range on eBay. I would probably keep looking personally, unless that is what you are keen on. I do think his value will keep rising, but cuts won't be as valuable as a vintage signature or on an album imo. Good luck!
Thanks for that Adam. I know with a psa stamp of approval the price goes up but I agree with the points you made. Personally I also feel that a plain paper cut like this would be worth less than 1k. But the paper cuts do look better in a smaller display with a nice photo and that is what I'm looking for. Don't get me wrong though...I wouldn't turn my nose up at fairly priced signed album! Thanks again

yo pinball, the who were just in boston and tal wilkensfeld opened up for them. Just saw her with 50 people at local club

here is an example of imagination

Real nice, but better then a cut piece. It tells its own story!
Nice, Sling! How was the show? My friend caught a show and told me not to bother. He said it was awful. I would've gone buy my fiance had a family thing we had to deal with. No extra cash to toss around at the time

your friend is right

Lol that's a damn shame

I hae a vintage cut sig from the 60s that id sell for 450 shipped

Sending you a friend request Steven

I would not use Ebay's buy it now prices as any type of guide.  the macca's are severely overpriced, and have been on ebay in some cases for years.

I find Tracks to be a much better gage of pricing, although still a bit high.  and I would say 500-600 for that one you have posted.  its a very nice signature example, despite the medium.

Thanks for that. I'll look into Tracks. I had a feeling 1k for Paul on plain paper was still asking too much.
