The signature is barely visible. You can’t get a reliable opinion without it being seen in person.

I would not go near this just based on contrast. Better examples are out there. You frame this and step back and you won't see anything but the photo.

The characteristics I can see look like Madonna's to me but more than half of the autograph is buried in black. A lot can go wrong in that amount of space.

It also suggests something that needs to be seen/sold in hand - no on a PC. The blues appear jacked a bit - it could be even worse. Most collectors will just walk on by. It should be discounted because of the quality, and lots still wouldn't buy it.
