They use Epperson.

You don't recall them using "Peters" papers?

I’m not sure I don’t look on rr auctions mainly tracks also his website does have Bowie signed items but I imagine items are hard and to find and he has to authenticate them.

All the online plaudits, praise and positive stories about "AP" are from 3-4 years ago. Are there any recent? Why not? Nothing has changed at the sales page on his site in over a year - why not?

Why it is/was Ford getting paid and giving refunds (to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars)?  That was my experience?

Why would Ford refund more than $50,000 to collectors for "Peters" items if this was untrue?

Odd that Ford never signed a COA. Why might that be? What is the upside to having a COA signed by a nonexistent person? And for who?

What are the odds of me buying a "Bowie" from "Peters" and being refunded by Ford AND this whole thing coming up at the same time and not be connected?

Why not tell everyone the full story you were told by the seller?

IF you follow "Andy's" own suggestions on his site this sale is just not to be believed.

Ford is his other name he used before going into the Bowie estate and becoming a mainly Bowie expert. To refunding 50,000 there is still no proof and if there is I would like to see it.

I have NEVER heard that claim anywhere! You believe that??? More than on person here has spoken of his refunding. What is more likely, we are all lying to you for no reason and without being in concert, or he is forging? Which name is real? You openly admit to being comfortable knowing he has, at least, gone by 2 names? Which name do you think is real and why? I can't believe I am reading this.

I got told he keeps his names separate as you have said Tony is his real name and Andy is his business name I’m not sure if this is true.I still trust his expertise two names or none he is still a reliable Bowie authenticatior that has had over 40+ years experience in collecting Bowie signatures. Most people on apps like, Facebook and Reddit David Bowie main page say the same it’s only you and the admin on here that tell me different.

Who told you he has two names?

Just Steve and I? What about all the others who are saying the same thing?

The person who sold me the item is a collector, sells concert tickets and signed items he has been doing it for 30+years and he put me in contact with Epperson and Andy Peters. It’s only really you and Steve on these posts and maybe one other.

I asked who told you he has two names. Surely, you can't mean the seller...

Eric... It's not worth it. Honestly. You can't help people who don't want to be helped, I've learned that in this "hobby" 'cough' business a long time ago. It is exactly why so many collectors willingly let themselves be scammed and manipulated by con artists because they WANT to believe.

Why bother asking for opinions however? That is what I don't understand. If it came with this brilliant "expert" who goes by two names...Why ask us small folk our opinion? Especially when we have nothing to gain by telling you the truth on this "authenticator" 'cough' salesman who uses one fake name to sell from the other?

If you are satisfied with the information you wish to believe, that is all that matters here. This hobby is so intertwined on being educated, who to believe/trust, and being satisfied by the result. Each collector invests their own money into it...I know I'm not selling anything here and neither is Eric or Steve...hopefully those you are listening to aren't selling the story to you out of their own pocket.

Good luck sir,
