I understand why you feel the way you do, Mike, but we're here to educate collectors to help protect customers against buying forgeries and help victims get refunds. We're not here to annoy them.

yes,but these 3 forgers are ripping people off and getting away with it,they need to get their websites off the internet and they need to stop selling forges to unexperienced collectors,in which someone is buying from them everyday almost. We should let them know that we are well aware of what their doing and the trash they are selling. We should call on them to come on this board and discuss these matters.

Forgery dealers don't stop until they're forced to stop. You are welcome to invite dealers here, but the fraudsters don't care...they're crooks!

The most productive thing we can do is keep getting the message out to collectors—AND make sure as many victims as possible file complaints with the FBI, their local and state law enforcement, AND their credit card companies and PayPal. If they can't take those payment methods they're severely crippled.

your 100 percent correct, the more we all talk about these dealers the more people will know, ecspecially new joiners to the forum and the magazine. We need to get this magazine and blog much more publicized on the internet, with auctions, dealers, online searches etc

What your doing Steve,is very valuable   its very unlikely that any member of your magazine and forum would buy a forge..after all the knowledge ,signature studies, forgers revealed and experts such as roger epperson, frank ciazzo and many others including your self and tricia eaton ,all of them active members and available to all of us for help.

Lets hope alot more collectors join

These are all from www.guaranteedautographs.com a fake Jimi Hendrix,a fake Bob Dylan and ironically a fake Blodwyn Pig album(i have many blodwyn pig signatures, and these are very much fake) and i noticed he changed his Robert Shaw forges around after i told him the signatures on the jaws poster were not of robert shaw the actor but robert shaw the composer,he now has forges that resemble robert shaw(quint from Jaws) the actor on his movie posters such as Jaws and the taking of pelham 123,what a schmuck
I can go on and on about these forgers,i hope some of the new time buyers get involved with this group and magazine before they get sucked in to the world of forgeries.

That first album is a classic....silver pen! But the sad thing is that people will still buy it.

As Steve has said, these forgers don't stop, they are crooks, which means they are liars and they will often believe their own lies as well.

We have penty over here in the UK as well, but the Inferis, Guaranteed and NE autograph websites continue to target the UK with their Google ads, and i am getting more and more requests from their customers for help. One customer has now told me that her credit card company are looking into stopping them from accepting credit cards, and if this happened it would stop them overnight.

When i now produce a letter confirming that the item is fake, i now include a message that say that i conider the Credit Crad companies are complicit in this fraud, because they accepting the payment from the forgers, and they could stop this by revoking their card acceptance agreement.

Personally i don't think the CC companies care anyway, but if they are aware of the problem, then it may just have some effect.

Keep up the good work Steve, i loved the magazine, but in some respects this site is better, long may it live!

Lets hope these forgers dont try to sue anyone over our comments, lets hope and pray that chris morales gets laughed out of court. As far as these 3 idiots, keep watching them and try to find more forgers..these 3 are the most popular

Have you read the as-yet unedited thread on the other site entitled "Confused collector"? Amazing!

Check out this "The Velvet Underground & Nico" LP from Pop Culture Signatures, which just sold for $1,800 on iOffer.com:

The seller claims to have "met Warhol at this show also!". I would be very curious to know which Velvet Underground show the seller attended in which he met Warhol, and obtained these signatures on this issue of the album. These "printed banana" covers were first issued in 1971. Prior to that, the album was issued with a banana sticker on the cover. Lou Reed quit the band in 1970. The signatures (except for the odd-looking Warhol signature, of course) appear similar to a set of signatures from the 1993 reunion tour.

i seen that,he has everything from blue cheer forges, hendrix, wings, beatles  very bad warhols  everything he has is fake...all with the same glue stains..its probably his snot...
The Warhol does look bad. I scrolled down a bit, and see that the signatures were supposedly obtained at two different shows (Lou and Warhol in '79, and the rest in '94). To me, all four VU signatures appear to have been copied from a set of signatures from '93.
