I purchased 2 separate orders of 1 from the 1st batch. Received the first last week. The 2nd, label was created but hasn't shipped yet. I emailed them to see if it would be shipped in time for xmas and they said they will escalate this with the warehouse but still no movement since.

Forgot to post an update from my previous post. They finally sent a replacement out. Claimed they had to double check with FedEx 1st but FedEx clearly did not receive a package from them. In the end, they made it right. Probably the last time I'll ever do business with them, but who knows.. I passed on the Michael Richards book which is really upsetting. Almost any other company, it would be an instant buy. It says a lot when there's a huge name I've wanted for almost 30 years and I pass because of who the "retailer" is
