Michael Jackson drawings (Miscell inc. 'Historic portraits' and 'Disney characters')

I'm noticing a sudden influx of MJ signed Michael Jackson drawings coming on to the auction market, which seem to share the common themes of either 'portraits of historical figures'  or 'Disney characters'.

Both of these themes are of course recognised from Michaels' drawings both at a young age and later in life, but it is interesting that so many new drawings are being released on to the market at the same time.

Here are some current examples:

Up for auction currently with the following description-Extremely scarce over sized 14” x 20” Road Runner drawing by the King of Pop, Michael Jackson in stunning crayon. Drawn in 1990's, Jackson's love for the Walt Disney Company can be seen in full force with this impressive offering. Jackson sketches are rarely seen, and nearly impossible to find at a size such as this with any sketch, let alone a Disney themed sketch. Overall in fine condition with minor surface impressions. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from Roger Epperson/REAL authentication.

Nice find!  Do you have a link / Auction house?

To me, this signature looks like those on  the cartoons in the 'Erick' thread, like this Pinocchio from Mem Vault: (Some of the colours look very similar eg eyes / crest, tongue/ outline pink)

It match the sigs I called "Loopy J, directly into c" (no i)   and I don't believe these are Erick.

I read the description (on the road runner) and shook my head.  Its not a Disney themed drawing as claimed... its a Looney Tune character (beep beep)

It seems to be based on this drawing:

They added a picture of the COA as well.

Thank you! They are new to me (but look well established).

I don't know if this pic was posted in this thread. It is a photo of Michael working on a Charlie Chaplin painting. It looks like he's finger painting.

I think it looks like he is pinching a piece of chalk or a pen of some kind. Cool picture.

Here's a close up :)

And another view from same day. If I'm remembering correctly, this is a shed in their back yard that Michael turned into a little art studio for himself (Mrs. J mentions this in one of her interviews on his artwork as a child).

More drawings, this time from a UK auctioneers.  These have an extra special 'COA', signed by Michael.

There is also this incredible tee.  The auction is on the 1st April 15......   :)

The artist was understandably very tired after all this hard work, so there is a signed pillowcase as well...

Starting prices for drawings range from £350, to £1200 for the double-sided tee.
