Hello to all,
I´m new here and hope you can give me some help. I bought this Fedora and i´m not sure about it´s authenticy. The seller get it in 1997 in a concert in germany and in 2004 he went to another event and get his autograph.
Rare and signed means - genuine
LLC - likely not genuine
PSA - likely not genuine
and now i´m waiting for "did they sign it" opinion
In my opinion, it seems genuine, also because the Fedora features underside Gold Tag - Made in USA WPL-5923
MJ used them in concerts and throw them to the fans.
Here some pics
Many thanks!!!

Did this come with a COA from Rare And Signed?
No, no COA. Rare and Signed meaned it is genuine but i didn´t order the COA. But i can. Why do you ask?
COA's from Rare And Signed.com are banned from ebay. That's why I was asking, I didn't understand what I was reading up above.
That´s why i didn´t order the COA.
But i also heard not good things about LLC and PSA too. So...
When you say LLC, do you mean Global or GAI?
Global Authentics LLC
You're right, they're not the best. But PSA is pretty good. But for Michael Jackson authentication I would go with Roger Epperson. If I'm giving my opinion, I don't think it's real. The length of the "Michael" part of the autograph seems long, and the pen pressure changes many times during the autograph. But that's just my opinion, and I just haven't seen a lot of authentic fedoras.
Did you seen the Dieter Wiesner dedicated? there are many letters in two parts etc. for me this really does not look genuine.
Have you seen my superimposed? the second part is identical. It looks to me that there can be two ii because it´s the way he went from the i to the c, sometimes with more way and sometimes less.
Here two pics, the first my hat and the second is the note MJ holded the same day at the window in Hamburg, there is also a minor second i and the hael looks like mine too. I think if a sign is completely identical to another, that is a copy, but if there is someting identical from several signs, that must be the same person. don´t forget, the autograph is very big and the hat is very soft and he signed it sitting at home, not at a concert, he had time. And the part of the hat where the sign is, is not usual.
The autograph is 15cm x 9,5cm. That is a lot!
You can´t do it quick with these dimensions on a Hat, i think
