I believe this is good.  It is a little tough to see the actual signature because its pretty blurry blown up, but from what I can see it all looks decent (to me). 

As I've said though in the past, if I were to ever buy an MJ after I decided I personally liked it and it had characteristics of what I would want to see in the letters, writing style etc, I would then run it buy Roger Epperson for a final look.  (as well as asking folks here :)  

Is there for sale somewhere - or is it yours?  Tell me more about it.

Likely to be genuine: I believe that the item, if physically submitted for examination to any 3rd part authentication company would likely receive a full certificate of authenticity.

* Please note that this On-line examination is based solely upon a review of a photo image or a scan.

Thanks for answering.  I'm pretty good at the MJ's but am not 1000% confident in myself yet--sometimes I can sit and stare at them and think, what am I seeing here?  :)

Thank you very much for your analysis and your answers.
It is in my possession, I bought an American collector there a few years ago.
He had bought it from an employee of Michael Jackson on "Victory" tour .
