My impression has always been that's a good IP collector with a solid reputation. The few times I've checked out his site for an item or two, I've been fine with what I've seen.

that macca is awful

As Chris Williams pointed out in a different discussion tonight, a Neil Armstrong autograph certified by GFA just sold on eBay for $202.

If I have the correct seller on ebay, his signed lp's look like squiggles, that's most of them.

I'm not an expert and I'm not trying to make a point. Look for yourselves.

You're making an important observation tho. When the autograph is just a squiggle how do you authenticate it? It all comes down to reputation then.
Brennan has a great reputation.

I like to find dealers with good recommendations so I can narrow it down and then investigate any piece I'm interested in.

I don't think you should ever just buy from someone based on their reputation alone.

Well, except for Michael Wehrmann.

OK, I will, thank you Xwiesy

Xwiesy,

Your advice to never buy based on someone's reputation alone is spot-on...but I would include Mike Wehrmann. Wehrmann has honestly earned his superb reputation, but if an autograph he offers doesn't look like it was signed by the celebrity who signed it, I wouldn't recommend buying it.
