MICK TAYLOR signed IT'S ONLY ROCK N ROLL lp

Folks, your thoughts on this?  Seller describes it as vintage U.K. jacket signed by Mick about 20 years ago (there's also a stray ink mark in the upper right...I'm wondering if he was testing the felt tip pen before signing?).
