Mickey Mantle Autograph...authentic?

I got this for Christmas in 1995. I've always been indifferent about the autograph and it's authenticity but have kept it for sentimental reasons. What do the mantle experts say, authentic?

Sorry, but that is one fugly and poorly-executed Mickey Mantle forgery.
