As we all know, we have seen a rise in the number of Ebay sellers who use a Scoreboard COA (or a modified/edited Scoreboard COAs) to sell their forgeries.

Thousands of forgeries have been been sold on Ebay by sellers using a Scoreboard COA.  They are sold to people to know ZERO about autographs.
