Here's the kicker on this one.

One, it is, of course, a obvious forgery.

Two, the seller writes "Up for auction is a beautifully signed 8x10 photo of Mickey Mantle. Included in the listing is a certificate of authenticity by Forensic Document Services (American Board of Forensic Examiners) to prove that it's 100% real."

Forensic Document Services is on Ebay's Banned COA list for a reason.
