As we all know, not only is Nicholas Burczyk on Ebay's Banned COA list, but the guy never examined a sports autograph.  Some low-life attached the name of Nicholas Burczyk to tens of thousands of pathetic and pathetically-produced forgeries of Mantle, DiMaggio, Williams and others.
