This Mickey Mantle forgery is listed by Ebay seller Ronniejr1011.

Ebay seller Ronniejr1011 sold this garbage to a wannabe autograph collector for $135.01.

This is a typical "Florida" forgery. These have been produced in the thousands upon thousands.
