It's become common-practice on Ebay for the last few years for Ebay sellers of forgeries to use a Scoreboard COA (original, edited or copy) to sell their forgeries.

It's one of the biggest scams on Ebay these days, and it works because Ebay is the place to sell forgeries to wannabe autograph collectors.
