Mickey Mantle Ball, looking for opinions

My mother had this in her collection for years, and she passed it on to me, but dosnt know if she has a letter of authenticity or not.

Every image i have compared it with online says it is legit. The spacing appears to be right, but not sure.

I dont think its authentic. Sorry for the bad news. The autograph looks very slowly drawn. There are some good experts on Mantle on this site. They will chime in .

This is MOST CERTAINLY a forgery....and to be honest not a very good one IMHO.

The first name looks really bad. I dont think it is authentic.

No good Paul....sorry this a bad fake...look at how shaky this auto is...and the formation is way off and signed very slowly...
