Hi everyone. I'm new here but hoping someone can help me out with an odd ball Mickey Mantle signed item I have. I picked up a COA for a baseball signed by Mickey Mantle at a show in Kansas City back in November of 1992. I'm almost certain the Mantle signature is real but what baffles me is the other signature on the COA. It looks like the signature is James Schewgel ((Not really sure)) but I'm not sure if he was/is a show promoter or someone Mickey used as business manager. I did some research and found that Mickey was at this show but nothing can be found anywhere on the other person that signed the COA.

I'm including scans of both the front and back of the COA. Any help that anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. =)
