Micky Mantle Autograph is it authentic?

I have had this signature for many years, it was purchased from a dealer and came with a certificate from that dealer, but the certificate uses a clause "to the best of our knowledge". I was wondering if anyone had an opinion as to this items authenticity. Thanks!

Not authentic. You can see the shakiness in the signature and the letter formations are off.
