The top one is too faded to consider buying, but I don't think that either of them are real.

The top one is done by a forger who used to sell his (or her) forgeries through Gotta Have Rock N Roll.  Here are a few of those to compare to

The 2nd one I have no problem with.

Here's an item that was sold on Gotta have rock and roll site along side some loafers (same forger)

If you look thru iceprincess reviews, he or she purchased 2 items from a seller named lostlady7 (the items are too far back to see what they are) -  However, I know the account, as Lostlady7 sells fake lanyards and backstage passes/tickets to MJ concerts (as well as other big name concerts).  https://www.ebay.com/usr/lostlady7

I've actually seen quite a few forgers buy from lostlady7 - forge on the items and then resell with fresh autographs.
