I've never seen this or heard about it. I can't tell if it's real or not, but Ballroom is usually right.

I am certainly not an expert, however, from what I have seen it seems to vary quite a bit depending on what it is signed on. Ballpark seems to be 3-5000 from what I have seen....poems and lyrics are quite a bit more...I would imagine this piece would be pretty high up there. I do a lot of research on it so someday I can buy one and not get burned
