Muhammad Ali autograph and letter - real or fake?

I have a feeling these are as fake as fake comes, but need to know before I consign these to the bin. Thanks!

I think the letter may be secretarial. The photo is an Autopen signature.

First of all, Berrien Springs is in Michigan where he lived. This says it is in Missouri.
