Any Ali experts who can tell me if this is real.

It appears OK

But I would be very cautious and get many eyes on it and ask the seller a hundred and one questions. 

Its not often we see Ali and Clay signed items

Someone else asked my opinion as they purchased it. I told him it is probably fake. He is getting a refund. Too many red flags for my liking.

He must have double signed both names like this only for a limited time, I imagine. When was the period for that? Year to year?

He signed both names starting in the early 90's upon request.  When Steiner had him under contract, he signed a limited amount that way.

I do not believe this to be real.  This is too neatly written.  When Ali started adding the aka Cassius Clay, his writing was already starting to change due to his health.
