Actually, I think there's a decent chance it's real. I don't recall ever seeing one like it but it has many of the right characteristics.

Agreed.  This looks like it’s likely from a batch of the Steiner or Online Authentics signings from the late 1990s or early 2000s. I’d be surprised if there wasn’t a sticker from one of these providers on the photo somewheee.
