Agreed. This looks like it’s likely from a batch of the Steiner or Online Authentics signings from the late 1990s or early 2000s. I’d be surprised if there wasn’t a sticker from one of these providers on the photo somewheee.
No sticker on the item. It's supposedly authenticated by Park West Gallery with their cert. Sig was done sometime in 2014.
