I am no expert but in my opinion that is fake. You can buy an authentic Eagles signed acoustic guitar for $2500.00 on their website when it is available.

I'm sorry, but I don't believe these are genuine. And the company, Autograph Pros, isn't the legit company in CT. Who was this bought from? Where are they located? There are several companies with similar names.

Hi Steve.I will have my Mom drop everything by asap so I can get you better close ups of the paperwork.I did read the entire thread that I was given about similar guitars with what were almost 100%  identical paperwork with the company/appraiser names being different that someone informed me of after they replied that the sigs didn't look right.I will post pics I have on my phone for you to check out.The coa is from legendary promotions and the appraisal paper is from Stein & Sons in Las Vegas.I got it from my dad who purchased it from a guy who was having to sell his collectibles due to a 'divorce settlement' unfortunately  I was fooled by how detailed and thorough the paperwork was and never thought that anyone would go to all the trouble of making fake appraisal papers since they are used for insurance purposes.

Benjamin,

I'm sorry you and your parents were robbed by these criminals. Legendary Productions in Hollywood is a name I'm very familiar with. Elite is the same company, best I know. Everything we've seen by them has been an obvious forgery.

Hi Benjamin,

It sounds like you are a stand up guy who got burned. I have been their many times and it makes me boil over every time i think of it. I hope you take it to these clowns if you can track them down. These shady people prey on all those who are new to autographs and its pathetic.

A super good resource for authentic Eagles signed items, is the private collection of Stephen Duncan. He is a member here, and has one of the biggest in person Eagles collections ever. From signed albums to guitars, to cd's, you name it. He has tons of them. I believe one of the Eagles band members even commented to Mr. Duncan that he had more autographs in his collection than he did, and he was in the band. lol.

But its a great source for comparing.

Here is a link to his collection:

Thanks again Carl.I'm most definitely gonna find out who sold this to my Dad.He is probably the hardest working person I know and it honestly makes me want to snap off whoever s neck that took advantage of him like this. There was a lot of great info in the post you gave me so hopefully his attorney can use some of the info given to help put this scumbag away so he can't rip anyone else off.I will definitely check out Mr. Duncans site and that way I have known exemplars to match anything else I may come across before I pull the trigger.

I know the feeling.

Holy cow he has a museum of Eagles signed mem.

Man this looks bad bro! 1000% forged.
I saw this listing when it was on eba the seller also had a dreadful Aerosmith lguitar too!

T.A.E.

Im pretty good at the eagles, I consider them americas greatest band. Im so sorry to say definite forgery. Lord I hate the criminals that do this to innocent people.
