Hello!

I came across this Michael Jackson autograph and I wanted anyone's opinion.

I edit the photo to see thr autograph a bit better:

After reviewing other autographs of Michael's, the handwriting looks similar but I'm not entirely sure and want to hear other opions. Thank you!

Examples I use to review

It appears fatally faded.

It really is, what I understand the autograph was from the 90s...but not sure about the authenticity

Even if genuine the fade should weigh heavily into the ask price. I would totally avoid fatal fade.

Very hard to see the signature on the OP, but since you have posted this, here is another Bad promo shot that appears similar to the red ink signature. Real?

The more I look, the more confused I am. I feel like any one of them could be real - I just dont know which one! Or maybe they are all bad? On another note, does anybody know how often he signed the 1998 tag? I know he did that in the Moonwalker book, but I wonder how often and how long he did that? I think it would be cool to have that tag.

It should be eliminated, IMO, for fatal fade.

They are all secretarial. Absolutely no doubt about it. Stay away from this signature style if you want an authentic Mj autograph :)

Shilo,

The 2 examples you posted are secretarials. They're a well-known style. The one you posted is also IMO.

Thank you so much Steve!

I'm happy to help, Shilo. Glad you asked before you bought it.

Like Steve said, all of them are common secretarial style.

In my opinion, I believe the above Michael Jackson signature is Not Genuine. This is an example of MJ’s secretarial signature.
