Thanks. What do you believe is a good price to offer the seller? I don’t want to overpay but also don’t want to insult the seller either. 

I would think a fair price would be in the $300 to $350 range possibly higher. Her signatures have been gaining value.

That’s what I have been wanting to pay but recent Rosa Parks sold items on RRAuction brought $600 for a signed FDC. This seller wants at least $300 so I will offer $400 perhaps. Hopefully this one is authentic because it comes without authentication and seller is NOT an autograph dealer but someone who sells lots of odds and ends. However they definitely know what they have.

Thanks. I would offer more but with not being 100% sure about authenticity it makes me nervous it could be a VERY good forgery. I am scared to make any offer on it to be honest but I know if I buy one from RRAuction it will cost me nearly a grand.
