need Quick opinion on 3 RARE Graphs--Fleetwood mac, Eagles, 10 Years After--scans posted

Hi..

I would like opinions on a few rare autographs I have....Mind you--i DO have a lot oof iN PERSON collecting experience but certain people such as Stevie Nick are IMPOSSIBLE in person..so opinions are welcome.

Some are quite ONE OF A KIND type autographs...I have  10 years After signed original LP by ALL members...with ALvin Lee...I have never seen another...i would like someone to tell me if thye feel it is real...came from a yard sale 27 years ago-_i think it is REAL. near mint autographs.

here is the 10 yearafter,..Opinions ? it is signed by Chuck Churchill, ALvin Lee, Ric Lee, leo Lyons and the one in the mIDDLE   under the word GREEN  is that "CLIVE ?? can anyone identify that autograph ??? I dont know any CLIVE in 10 Years After. Also what is written ABOVE the "AFTER"

above Leo Lyons- ?? is that  a personalization?

The  EAGLES--this is a pickguard signed by all 5  1994 era members--Frey henley Walsh Schmidt and Felder. It was purchased from a n ELEKTRA RECORDS executive who said the guard was a PROMO sent to only 8 offices-this was one sent to new York. I have the original ELEKTRA label...but---I am not 100% sure on the graphs. I THINK this is real...want opinions. Signed in 1994. so consider that.

Third is FLEETWOOD MAC--TANGO-album signed by ALL 5 original members...this came from a WELL KNOEN 30 year NYC In person dealer. (whom I wont name in case anyone says NOT real). he spends a lot of time collecting...this was signed in 1987-1990. OPINIONS? All 5 sigs are here---mc vie, mick Fleetwood, lindsay buckingham, Christine mcVie and Stevie Nicks. My concern--is the STEVIE Nicks..as I have MET her (not a fun experience )and she RUNS AWAY from fans and signs n othing...

Fleetwood Mac looks good to me.

The Eagles pick guard looks like one of the most fake Eagles examples I've ever seen. It's in their styles, but the worst example on it is Don Felder. It looks awful. The best one (and easiest to forge) is Joe Walsh.

VERY intersting...thank you. There werw TWO other of these type of exact signed Eagles pikcguards approved by PSA..they weere up for sale in the past 2 years.  Thanks on the Fleetwood Mac...I DID get that from a reliable source. have a few other graphs I have to post for opinions.

The Eagles autographs look good to me

Hm...seems we have one voye NO and one bote YES...remember signed in 1994 in an OFFICE and mailed to record execs--so examples of perfectly signed Eagles will differ than rushed..Joe Walsh graph in person is a MESS...Henley is uniformly the same--whether rushed or not.... If anyone else has opinion,,,,

The pickguard was supposedly signed in 1994? Strange...the signatures seem little different, and the acoustic guitar I uploaded below was signed in the last couple of years.

I agree with AB. Here's a Eagles-signed guitar sold on the band's website and the autograph match well. I can upload more and larger examples later, but comparing them, I think the Eagles pickguard looks good.

The WALSH , Schmid tand Henley do seem to match MY pick guard. This is not signed by Felder so cant compare..need a 1994 or so example.  There is no "N" in Glenn in this guitar--but this was signed 0n 2008 for the Walden Wood project..and my guard signed in 1994...if the Walsh, Schmidt and Henley on my guard are GOOD..then the frey and Felder should be good. They are either ALL Good or ALL bad.

BTW--Henley has changed the way he writes a "D" used to Loop a line down inside the D.. ALSO--see this WALSH was signed sitting down in some office..when you get a Joe Walsh in person it is one sloppy affair lol

In my opinion all of these items are authentic, did you get the Fleetwood Mac from me?

In regards to 10 years after it's Chick Churchill and he signed in the middle.  Ric Lee is on the left.  It appears that Leo wrote "Good Luck" above his name and Alvin Lee wrote "Rock", he usually wrote "Rock on" so maybe he got distracted as his signature is a bit incomplete too.  Hope this helps.

Roger

It DOES help a lot. I have some other items id like opinions on. No I got the Fleetwood mac from brennen..i got the Eagles Guard really from a guy at Elektra records in NY..who sent it in an Elektra post makrked box....and I picked up the 10 years after at a convention 27 years ago-in a bin marked 'MISC ROCK ALBUMS-SOME SIGNED". the guy was mainly selling UNSIGNED albums. So..this is COOL.

can you look at my other 2 posts--the Buddy Holly and Dylan (someone already said Buddy Hollys is aBSOLUTELYGOOD)

Whats your email--maybe yo=u would take a look at a few more...hOW MUCH would you want to issue a COA on the Eagles and Biuddy holly.....and 10 years After....I am really happy to get an OK from YOu--I know if you say LOOKS GOOD..its GOOD thnks

I agree with Josh about the FELDER signature, .......does not look very good, BUT, he could have "rushed" it a bit.

Thisis from 1994...I checked a few signed Lps from 94 and this matches...what year are you looking at for the felders you have?   Also can you check out my pink Floyd post -real or fake...thanks

One caveat, David.

If you're describing the Fleetwood Mac piece, be careful about saying the signatures are from the 5 original members.  That's actually not correct...and you know the problem.  If someone says one thing that's not correct, it provides reason to be suspicious about everything else.

Mick Fleetwood is the only one of the 5 who was an original member.

The others were the great Peter Green, Jeremy Spencer and Bob Brunning (very quickly replaced by John McVie).

Personally, I'd be more excited by a Peter Green sig.

One of the all-time great blues-rock guitarists who never got his due.

(Although I think just having written Black Magic Woman which became such a hit for Santana is enough of a legacy).
