need springsteen band signed album

need your help! signed Ashbury Park album by band given to springsteen. Signed by girlfriend crazy diane, vince lopez (I think), someone named lucky 67.  It appears that Clarence signed three times, but perhaps other artists have signed.  Any ideas?

Strange item as why would band members and friends give Springsteen his own album?

Hardly strange given its real.  Happens in all industries.  You work on someones project, tHen it finally comes to completion, you than  him for your participation. plain AND SIMPLE.  happens ALL The time.
