If the seller gets back to me re the postage 'to Australia' I think I'll go with this one.

It also has a JSA COA.

By the looks of it it could be an older signature of Neil's maybe even back as far as 1969?

Almost certainly post flight. From the signature style, I'd say 1970. He stopped adding the Apollo 11 inscription around 1971. It's quite uncommon and desirable.
