Looking for thoughts on whether this is real or fake Neil%20Armstrong%20Silver%20Pen.JPG  Being told this was signed after or during 1999 for the release of a new book about The Moon.  I know Neil Armstrong did not sign many autographs after 1994 or with a silver pen.  However, maybe he would sign a book related to his space adventures and for a fee?  John Glenn and Alan Bean have also signed the book.  Thanks for any advice you can provide.  Also, the picture looks grainy on this post, it looks clearer in the actual picture.
