New Blogger Bought from American Royal Arts and Needs a Little Help!

Hello everyone, I was alerted to this site to become involved and try and  find out some information. I am a Elvis Presley fan, I have purchased a lot, around 13 pieces of Elvis Presley wall art, photos, signed albums, also of Tiger Woods, thru American Royal Arts, in Boca Raton, FLA. Now trying to resell some pieces, I have all the Forensic's Documents, but I have been alerted that this gallery and the owner Jerry Gladstone may be false, and they are being investigated by the FBI, I see in articles here they are being sued regarding a Beatles piece, well this information leaves me just saddened. I put a lot of money into my collection and now to see this distressing news, I don't know which direction to go next.

Sadly not surprised, Rick. I know someone who opened a fancy frame to find a signed Beatles album secured with double stick tape.
I purchased these pieces like over a year or 2, the last one was the last purchase, so I doubt that I can take the credit card complaint. I guess this will get very complicated, with me being in Wisconsin, and if that company would go under. How the heck does anyone carry out all this legal stuff when it is an out of state organization. I see high $$$$ for an attorney.
Here is just 1 or 2 of the ARA purchased artwork I am trying to sell, and learning about the problems with ARA

Hi Patricia,

If you're able to take clear photos of just the signed items only, I think you'll be able to get opinions from both experts and experienced collectors that will help figure out whether they're likely genuine or not.

Did ARA tell you where the signed items came from?

Steve
The experts that signed the original Forensic Documents? Or do I have to find one in my area and have that evaluated? ARA states in some of the paperwork a photo came from "the original negative is from the Hulton Archive Collection dated November 17, 1962, with a number being 40 of 275, and it states The Hulton Archive Photos in New York, has the embossed seal, on and on. ARA I remember saying they network with the EPE estate or have come into possession of a piece of Elvis artwork. photos.
Sorry, I wasn't clear. Did they tell you where your signed items came from? Who they got them from? The forensic document examiners simply authenticated them, they didn't sell them. What are the experts' names, by the way?
One of the Forensic Document Examiners name is Christopher L. Morales, and it lists his credentials, then others from Forensics Document Examiners, Inc. a company in Boca Raton, FLA. signed by E'lyn Bryan, CFDE. they show a email address and phone number.
BING BING BING! We have a winner..... Here is the tell tale sign of a certain forgery. CHRIS MORALES is a known Forensic Document Scammer. His certificates are worth less than toilet paper. His certs are all over Coaches Corner, a known outlet for forgeries. He is the "Forgers best friend" as Steve likes to call him. Rarely IF EVER is anything he certifies is authentic probably 999-1000 are forgeries. I did see one the other day that was actually real, so there is hope, although very slim.
I just Posted: Gladstone Calls Me on The Phone Today!
Seems word is not settling well with him (Jerry Gladstone), about my discovery. He insists it is all of you guys, not him, and you are using me as bait to do him in! Wish I knew this when speaking to Jerry, I don't know if it wise to send any emails or call ARA. Best maybe just to accept what happened, unsuspecting buyer as myself. Or maybe he will start some legal action against me for voicing an opinion.
doing research and expressing an opinion is a 1st amendment right.

iF it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then most likely it is a duck.
And Morales is the quack.
Well I sure am glad I found you guys, it is unsettling to have what to think is something precious and authentic, then to have this said about some of the Elvis artwork. My gosh, my complete home is filled with Elvis signed art work, and American Royal Arts was so highly recommended and advertised. I guess you just can't be sure bout anything! I am so disappointed.
