New Blogger Bought from American Royal Arts and Needs a Little Help!

Hello everyone, I was alerted to this site to become involved and try and  find out some information. I am a Elvis Presley fan, I have purchased a lot, around 13 pieces of Elvis Presley wall art, photos, signed albums, also of Tiger Woods, thru American Royal Arts, in Boca Raton, FLA. Now trying to resell some pieces, I have all the Forensic's Documents, but I have been alerted that this gallery and the owner Jerry Gladstone may be false, and they are being investigated by the FBI, I see in articles here they are being sued regarding a Beatles piece, well this information leaves me just saddened. I put a lot of money into my collection and now to see this distressing news, I don't know which direction to go next.

If the Tiger Wood's come out ok with the UDA Cert numbers then don't prematurely sell . However, like PSA/DNA cert items - TRUST but VERIFY as there has been a number of bogus ones that people jump at prematurely.

Having said that don't rush to judgement as you may then have bonafide UD ones. Thus, one simply eliminates the connection to ARA as at the moment that might have a faster deflationary affect then Tiger Woods on the golf course.

Do let us know how the UD validation goes.... and you know alot more about buying items... but always remember Trust but Verify.

You might also want to check with your CC company as some don't have time limits on fraudulent items but remember if they need to be returned (as most cc will require) take extra precautions on returned items. Also, don't simply settle for the 1st line CC rep but rather escalate to the executive office if need be.

The Elvis signatures look to have been done in a fine tip felt sharpie style pen. I have not seen any authentic examples with this type of pen. I have seen many forgeries done with sharpie style inks. Sorry but I do not believe them to be authentic. Sorry.
I thank you for your input. These, well at least this ARA gallery, had even opened up a shop in NY, I just am still shaking my head on how a high profile agency has done this! I guess nothing should surprise me nowadays. I certainly would like to give them a piece of my mind of what I think of them!
If you upload use this forum (suggestion) as it makes for good reading about elvis

Do you have more than the four Elvis autographs you posted here? (That's all I found.) I feel strongly that the ones I saw are not genuine, but I'm not an expert. I checked them against the examples in the two articles we published on Elvis Presley autographs and I don't think they're even close.
JERRY Gladstone from ARA Calls Me Today!
Yes, I have received a telephone call from Jerry Gladstone himself this morning. Seems he is not pleased I am speaking out on his precious "Elvis" artwork. I DID NOT mention any site nor person to Gladstone. He mentioned without me tipping any names or sites, he did mention Steve Cyrkin's name and how this site and a few others in this industry "attempt" to bring him down due to his success, he "would never, ever do anything" like what I am saying, he states this is common practice most collectors and other galleries do to place doubts in people like me, and now recruit me now to suit their (folks with ill feelings toward ARA) needs which is to destroy him and his success and credibility. He suggested I check out 2 other web sites, behindthegavel.com and autographalert.com. Man have I stepped into something or what. Mr. Gladstone stated "he gets all his Elvis memorabilia from highly reliable sources" that he has been in business for a long time, and those with negative opinions of ARA and him are completely unfounded to this point.
Behind the Gavel is a site under Jerry's control--he told me. I assume he set it up himself. Autograph Alert is the fraud industry's PR site.

If you go to the sites and read that I'm after Jerry because he's Jewish and I'm anti-Semitic...I'M JEWISH and he knows it!!!

That was started by Gladstone, and perhaps that will give you an idea of how much you can believe what he says.
Patricia, The Truth is always the best defense. Steve, didn't the FBI go after him?
They're being investigated.
but on the other side Steve, it's good to know they are staying abreast of developments out here in AM Land
Yeah, I think you mentioned this to me at the very beginning, so I see you are not surprised on him calling and telling me I'm being used as a "set up" person, and "oh poor lil' old Jerry, being picked on" I could feel the lies coming out of him all the while, and of course you know he would not buy the pieces back from me! In a few newspaper articles yes the FBI is "still investigating" but who knows that could be on a desk someplace and forgotten about, yeah he is snake. Would you suggest at this point I not do any stories on Face Book/Elvis network, and just lay low? He seems like a snake that would spring out and perhaps sue me!
