That's like saying "show your cards before you make a bet" 

My budget or price range is, "closest amount to free" and "that includes shipping"

and that just happened and they guy got no itiems he wanted so it was easy for everyone to pass on replying to his low ball or people have no knowledge of value so its speeds up the time for both people

I think the asking price begins with the seller. I don't even respond to people offering to sell without establishing a price desired.

no these are for people making request .and we had to many people looking to spend or 50$ on 500 or 1000$ value itiems and its to time consuming.

I tell people if they wont give me a budget or price range they can wait till I list it them but ive had tons of people pissed they missed out once I listed it.

also it will give the person requesting the itiem to get multiple choice and different prices if people have that itiem for sale .to much time wasted otherwise,the market will take care of its self u will see sellers undercutting others also what type of itiem its signed on so not to waste time
