...but the Roughtrade-website is quite confusing, the item "LP | Signed Copy" is sold out, for the item "Black LP" the product description says "Signed Copy", but when it is put in the cart, there is no notice that it's a signed copy - maybe it's a fault in the product description?

In general I'm getting a lot of errors on the Roughtrade-website, quite strange.

I thought the exact same thing and had to double check what I was buying. I ended up with the $27.99 black vinyl which said "signed copy" and was also limited to 1 per person. So I think it is all good. I took a screenshot of the description just in case I have to return it.

Sold out far as I can tell. But I agree their website is weird and somewhat confusing
