im 99% sure it's a fake , Kurt almost never signed his last name, the extra lyrics written would be a major give away kurt didn't like to sign at all and to get a perfect signature and lyrics, is just so unlike him that would concern me. Also to my knowledge nobody was getting guitars signed in the earlier 90's

i have a heaqrtbreaker signed guitat from late 80s

In my opinion this guitar is not genuine. I just have to agree with Steven Jackson, that it wasn't that many people that got music instruments signed in the early 90s.

Yes it is real...real bad.

Did you get the heartbreaker guitar yourself? Just curious if you did why you got a guitar signed ? it's cool just so uncommon

Guitar has the signing date written on it, but i am not an expert so could be fake.. And it is an odd guitar. It is well used, either bfore the signing, or after (rahter than a new guitar as most seem to be).

And on the back is a description and several names I haven't deciphered.Any ideas

Sorry. Not authentic. I have to agree with Steven Jackson and Bjarne Soderholm.
Did you buy this signed guitar on the bay?? It looks familiar.
