Old Pink Floyd Album; Are the signatures authentic ?

  Brand new to this forum. Have this Pink Floyd Relics Album cover for a few years now. Music fan, but know very little about memorabilia. Are the signatures authentic, and is it a rare piece? Thank you for any information you can provide.
